Apricot Dispersion CAT: Mixed fermentation beer macerated with local apricot. Golden in color, with a fruity aroma and a wild profile. 250 g/L of apricot. Beer aged in French oak barrels that previously contained wine from the La Gravera winery.

Toasted beer, suitable for coeliacs (gluten-treated), crafted as a Belgian ale moderately malty, slightly fruity, easy-drinking, amber-colored, and with low bitterness. The malty character is biscuity with a light toast, while the hop character is moderately floral.
