Porca Miseria: Cervesa sour brewed with organic malt and hops and 25% white grapes from Almacelles from the company Torrens Blanc SL. Part of the fermentation comes from the microorganisms on the skin of the grape. Aged in oak barrels for 15 months. Beer aged in French oak barrels that previously contained wine from the La Gravera winery.
