Interview with Pili Garcia’s at “Som Terra” programme. A value-added primary sector programme about the craft beer Lo Vilot.

We have spoken about the 2017 PITA award; we are winners of the Agro-Industry Innovation Awards for introducing innovations in the primary processing and/or preservation of agricultural products. Audio.

When it comes to beers, we have a very varied selection: wheat, toasted, gluten-free, stouts, IPAs, sour, with fruit, aged in a whisky barrel, in a wine barrel…

We have the organic certificate CT/3938/ and international gluten-free certificates. (Spiga Barrada: OATS-ES-036-001).

Three of our beers have won international medals (one gold and two silver).

BioCultura Barcelona 2018

 

The organic sector demonstrates year after year that its commitment to respectful foods with health and the environment is not a fad but an unstoppable train that goes at full speed, as the slogan of Bioculture of this year says.

We have also participated in the eco-labeling workshop as sponsors and we have presented to the public the San Joseph Eco, which is the first Catalan beer in the vicinity and also certified gluten-free.
