At the brewery, we produce up to 2,000 litres of craft beer per brew, with an annual production of around 50,000 litres.
Among the varieties of beer we produce are wheat beers, toasted beers, blondes, aromatic beers, black beers, sour beers, fruit beers, barrel-aged (liqueur and wine), mixed-fermentation beers and spontaneously fermented beers… As a result, we have more than 20 varieties of beer produced. Most of the beers are brewed entirely by us, but in some cases there are collaborations between breweries.
