Lo Vilot de Almacelles has been the first micromaltery of organic production in Catalonia

A paragliding accident would change your life. Quiònia Pujol and Óscar Mogilnicki have created Lo Vilot, the first Farm Brewery in Spain. They make beer with raw materials that they themselves produce at Almacelles  farm, a project for which they have won the Prize for Agri-Food Technological Innovation (PITA) in the agri-food industry of the Ministry of Agriculture.

This “brewery farm” is built on the pillars of sustainability and proximity in brewing its craft beer.

Craft beer Lo Vilot brews a dozen of varieties of beer, with cereals from its own harvest. This year it opens up to exports.

Lo Vilot craft beer is a unique craft brewery, because it uses its own raw materials in brewing. With proximity and sustainability as its pillars, this two-person company from Almacelles has won the PITA Award for agri-food innovation, presented by the Catalan government. We are a rarity in Europe

Punt Avui TV is a generalist television channel based in Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona). The channel began its regular broadcasts on Sant Jordi day of 2014. The channel is available through digital terrestrial television in different demarcations of Catalonia and also through the Internet.

Concurso realizado en Frankfurt – Alemania

Descripción: Ale ácida, color albaricoque y afrutada. Temperatura 6-8ºC.
Mezcla de estilos entre las cervezas ácidas con frutas y las Ipas. Elaborada con albaricoques naturales locales y gran cantidad de lúpulo añadido después de la fermentación, que la hacen una cerveza original y muy aromática, mientras que en boca es poco amarga ya la vez ácida. Link.
