We grow most of the ingredients ourselves on fields farmed by the cooperative. All the fields we use for the closed-loop system in craft beer production are located in Almacelles in the Segrià region, and are also registered for organic farming – CCPAE – with the number CA-3938-PE and authorised for local direct sale and short-supply direct sale.
We have cereals (barley, wheat and rye), a hop cultivation and we have isolated our own yeast (Collaboration with the Rovira i Virgili University).
