Our own harvest – local sales and zero food miles
The majority of the ingredients we cultivate ourselves in fields that are farmed by the own cooperative – our own harvest production. All the fields that we use to finish the full circle production of craft beer are located in Almacelles in the Comarca del Segrià and also are registered in agricultural production organic – CCPAE – with the number CA-3938-PE and authorised as direct local sale and direct short-supply sale.
We have Cereals (barley, wheat and rye), hopping cultivation and we have isolated our own yeast
