Apricot Dispersion CAT: Mixed fermentation beer macerated with local apricot. Golden in color, with a fruity aroma and a wild profile. 250 g/L of apricot. Beer aged in French oak barrels that previously contained wine from the La Gravera winery.

PSYCHOCHERRY Cherry Sour Ale

Mixed fermentation. Wild. Temperature 6-8ºC.
Psychocherry beer: A mixed fermentation beer macerated with local Almacelles cherries. With a reddish color, fruity aroma, and wild profile. 250 g/L of cherry. Beer aged in French oak barrels that previously contained wine from the La Gravera winery.

PORCA MISERIA Grape Sour Ale

Mixed fermentation. Wild. Temperature 6-8ºC.
Porca Miseria: Cervesa sour brewed with organic malt and hops and 25% white grapes from Almacelles from the company Torrens Blanc SL. Part of the fermentation comes from the microorganisms on the skin of the grape. Aged in oak barrels for 15 months. Beer aged in French oak barrels that previously contained wine from the La Gravera winery.

FLAMES Grape Sour Ale

Flames grape; sour beer brewed with organic malt and hops (25%) from black grapes from Almacelles, microorganisms from the grapes skin. Aged in oak barrels for 15 months. Catalan Grape Ale.

Figa Flower Beer: Dark mixed-fermentation beer, aged in barrels of French oak during 24 months and infused with local Almacelles figs. Variety of figs “Coll de Dama”.

Acid Ale, apricot color and fruty. Temperatura 6-8ºC.
Tropical Funky Beer: A Berliner Weisse-style beer brewed with local apricots. The aroma is fruity and on the palate it is tart, light and very refreshing. The ingredients have been produced at Lo Vilot Farm Brewery and the fruit is local.
