This “brewery farm” is built on the pillars of sustainability and proximity in brewing its craft beer.
Craft beer Lo Vilot brews a dozen of varieties of beer, with cereals from its own harvest. This year it opens up to exports.
Lo Vilot craft beer is a unique craft brewery, because it uses its own raw materials in brewing. With proximity and sustainability as its pillars, this two-person company from Almacelles has won the PITA Award for agri-food innovation, presented by the Catalan government. We are a rarity in Europe
The first Beermad Festival, which was held from 29 April to 2 May 2017 at the Madrid Railway Museum. It was the first edition and the atmosphere was very lively, with lots of people and a very special setting among old locomotives.
There were many craft breweries, a wide variety of beer styles to sample, street food and live music. You could talk to the brewers and discover very different beers. Overall, it was a very positive experience and it was clear that the event had come to stay.
We took the opportunity to present our first certified gluten-free beer. – the Zatec.
