Nosotros mismos cultivamos la mayor\u00eda de los ingredientes<\/strong> en los campos que gestiona la cooperativa. Todos los campos que utilizamos para el sistema de ciclo cerrado en la producci\u00f3n de cerveza artesanal se encuentran en Almacelles, en la comarca del Segri\u00e0, y est\u00e1n registrados como cultivos ecol\u00f3gicos<\/strong> – CCPAE – con el n\u00famero CA-3938-PE<\/strong><\/a> y autorizada para la venta directa local y la venta directa de suministro reducido<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

Contamos con cereales (cebada, trigo y centeno), un cultivo de l\u00fapulo y hemos aislado nuestra propia levadura (en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Universidad Rovira i Virgili).<\/div>\n
