We grow most of the ingredients ourselves<\/strong> on fields farmed by the cooperative. All the fields we use for the closed-loop system in craft beer production are located in Almacelles in the Segri\u00e0 region, and are also registered for organic farming<\/strong> – CCPAE – with the number CA-3938-PE<\/strong><\/a> and authorised for local direct sale and short-supply direct sale<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

We have cereals (barley, wheat and rye), a hop cultivation and we have isolated our own yeast (Collaboration with the Rovira i Virgili University).<\/div>\n
